Santa Claus 2025

Did you know that in Poland children receive Christmas presents twice. The first time is on 6 December, on St. Nicholas Day. On this day, Father Christmas visits children and leaves small gifts, usually sweets, under their pillow, in their sock or in their shoe. He also made an appearance at our school on 6 December and gifted pupils and female students with sweet surprises. The second time presents appear on 24 December, during Christmas Eve dinner already in the comfort of the home. Depending on the region, gifts are brought by Father Christmas, a Christmas star, an angel, a Frostbite or the baby Jesus. Despite regional differences, the joy of anticipation and the festive atmosphere remain common. This year's presents for our pupils were funded by Mrs Agnieszka Mitkowska, the headmistress - for this kindness and support we would like to thank her. We would also like to thank Father Christmas for his visit and Mr Marek from My Photo Base for preparing the photo report.
