What are the ages of the children studying at the school?<\/strong><\/p>

Our school is attended by children and young people from 6 to 18 years of age. Groups are set up so that pupils work in teams that are similar in age and language level.<\/p>

Which core curricula do you use?<\/strong><\/p>

The curriculum is based on:<\/p>

  • ORPEG and MEN guidelines and core curricula adapted to work with Polish pupils,<\/li>
  • recommendations of the Institute for the Development of the Polish Language (IRJP) for supplementary education,<\/li>
  • British examination standards in groups preparing for GCSE and A-level (AQA) examinations,<\/li>
  • original teaching materials specially prepared for bilingual children.<\/li><\/ul>

        No. Parents are not allowed in the school building during class time. After escorting the child, parents leave the school premises.
        A return is only possible in justified circumstances (e.g. early pick-up or meeting with the head teacher) and requires the school's permission.

        How to report absences<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Absence must be reported by the Friday preceding the class at the latest by text message (+44 7930 857175) or email.
        In the event of sudden illness, absence must be reported no later than Saturday morning, before the start of classes.<\/p>\n

        Who can report an absence<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Only the parent or legal guardian, using the telephone or email provided at enrolment.<\/p>\n

        Do absences affect programme delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Yes. Regular attendance is required for proper implementation of the curriculum. In the event of a prolonged absence, the parent may ask the teacher for class materials.<\/p>\n

        Could too many absences have consequences?<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Yes. After three unexcused absences, a child may be struck off the school's roll.<\/p>\n

        Can a child leave a class without a chaperone?<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Yes. It is possible to pay for the whole school year in advance. In this case, the parent will receive one annual invoice.<\/p>

        How can payment be made?<\/strong><\/p>

        Payments are made by bank transfer to the school account. Transfer details are provided to parents along with termly fee information.<\/p>

        Does the school invoice?<\/strong><\/p>

        Yes. The school issues termly invoices for classes and sends them by email.<\/p>

        Can you get a duplicate invoice or a statement of payments<\/strong><\/p>

        Yes. If requested by the parent, the school can issue a duplicate invoice or prepare a statement of payments for the school year.<\/p>
